Welcome to my customer service report site. The plans for this page are as follows::
The page was originally created as an assignment for a class. The assignment was to generate a webpage and use a formal report as the content of the pages.
From the beginning of the assignment I decided I would build something that could be used afterwards at my office. Knowing that when I started working at Auxiliary Services there was no formal training or information on customer service expectations or on the systems we use, I decided that I wanted to build a page that would inform readers of proper customer service techniques while stressing the importance of good customer service. After the grade has been given for this assignment the pages will be altered to reflect an emphasis in Auxiliary Services Units.
To the Professor:
All scripting was done by me and the pages were originally built here http://theerikpowell.com/school/WRIT3230/. All graphics were taken from Stock Exchange and should have the proper licensing to be used here. I am not sure if you have ever come across this site but they have a ton of good photos that are free to use. You just have to be sure to read the license agreement.
